If you are like me and you love driving but you don't have the guts, or the money, to afford going over the speed limit and risk getting ticketed. Then odds are you probably play racing games, or more notably Polyphony Digital's Gran Turismo 5 for the Playstation 3.
Coming Tuesday January 17th, the collection of over 1000+ cars gets a little bigger with the Car Pack 3 DLC. The pack will feature several new premium cars such as the beautiful 2011 Aston Martin Vantage V12, the ferocious new Lamborghini Aventador , the endurance tuned Jaguar XJR-9 LM Race Car. The latest offering from Mini, the Countrymen, the tree-saving Nissian Leaf, and the very popular classic 1966 Volkswagen Beetle 1200cc.
As a fan of Gran Turismo I am very excited for the inclusion of the cars, particularly the Vantage V12 and the Aventador. These are cars that the game should have had a long time ago, especially the Aston, considering the only premium model Aston Martin before that was the 2010 DB9.
That now makes 6 that still need to be included. The Aventador should be a treat to drive as well, being as this is the official replacement to the aging Murcielago. The rest will also be welcomed additions in my garage.
The Car Pack 3 DLC will cost $5.99 and will be available through the PlayStation Store.

Along side these new rides there will be two new test tracks to drive them on, which will retail for $3.99 One is an extremely long straight, and the other is a specially designed oval track which features banked curves intended for speed testing. The track will be able to track your quarter mile times, g-force, and acceleration.
A video has been leaked showing off the long straight of one of the tracks, Route-X.
